Tracey Campbell Homeopathy
Bespoke website redesign project

Tracey Campbell is a homeopath and hypnotherapist who has had a successful homeopathy practice for many years.

Qualifying as a hypnotherapist to go alongside her homeopathy practice was the trigger for Tracey to decide to invest in a new website.

Her existing website had served her well, but was now looking very dated. It did have a lot of blog posts which Tracey wanted to keep as they were a valuable source of information for potential clients.

As always we started by understanding Tracey’s business and the clients she serves (and wants to serve). We also took into account websites Tracey said she liked and didn’t like.

That’s because to be a success, a new website must work for potential clients (it must guide them through what they need to know to book an appointment. But you also have to love it, otherwise you won’t promote it (and therefore it won’t bring in as many clients). We’ll never force our style/taste onto anyone.

We used the new logo and Tracey’s branding photos to develop a colour palette (we also used the cute leaf from the logo as a background to some of the sections). It has a fantastic fresh contemporary feel.

It’s easy for visitors to find the information they need to book an appointment. There’s lots of testimonials scattered (strategically!) throughout the website to show how Tracey helps her clients. And Tracey’s blog posts have all been transferred over (with a “facelift” incorporating the new brand colours and fonts).

Tracey told us her only regret is not investing in a new website sooner!
