Upload your video as a reel

In this lesson I’m going to show you how to take the video you have recorded in Canva and publish it as a reel.

The first step is to download the video you have created as an MP4 file (ie a video) and save it on your phone (or wherever you use the Instagram app). At the time of recording you cannot create reels on the desktop version of Instagram.

Then follow the video instructions to create the reel, add the video from your phone, add music, add any other stickers etc, write a caption and save as a draft to publish when you’re ready.
